هدف: تعامل کاربر با اطلاعات و نظام بازیابی همواره در  مجموعه‌ای در هم تنیده از مولفه‌های پیدا و پنهان صورت می پذیرد که در نتیجه تعامل موثر خواهد بود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، درصدد شناسایی ابعاد بافت های بازیابی اطلاعات؛ جست و جوی هدفمند؛ وظیفه کاری؛ فرهنگی و اجتماعی-  سازمانی با استفاده از چهارچوب نظام اطلاعات و بازیابی اینگورسن و یارولین(2004)  است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بنیادی و توسعه‌ای به روش تحلیل محتوا از نوع مرور نظامند در مقاله‌های بین سال‌های 1991 تا 2021 میلادی و سال های 1371- 1400 شمسی در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی داخلی و خارجی شامل: اسکوپوس، ساینس دایرکت، امرالد، پروکوئست، اریک، پرتال جامع علوم انسانی، نورمگز، مگیران، اس ای دی و سیویلیکا طی شش مرحله شامل: شناسایی کلید واژه های مرتبط با ابعاد بافت های نظام اطلاعات و بازیابی اینگورسن و یارولین؛ انتخاب مقاله با در نظرگرفتن طرح موضوع و اعتبار منابع؛ جستجو در پیشینه و استخراج فهرست مقالههای مرتبط؛ تهیه مقاله های نهایی و سپس؛ کدگذاری باز انجام شده است. گردآوری اطلاعات براساس استخراج کلیدواژه ها و اطلاعات از درون متون مورد پژوهش است. جامعه پژوهش، منابع اطلاعاتی، و اعتبار نتایج، به وسیله  فرایند طبقه بندی نظام مند، تضمین شده، روایی و پایایی پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای قابلیت اعتبار و اطمینان پژوهش های گذشته است.
یافته‌ها: شناسایی کلیدواژه های مرتبط با  ابعاد بافت های نظام اطلاعات و بازیابی اینگورسن و یارولین  بین 53 مقاله از  3048 مقاله،  شناسایی شد.  ابعاد، معیار و کدهای باز شناسایی شده بافت ها، بافت بازیابی اطلاعا ت شامل: جامعیت (دانش ذهنی، دانش معنایی،دانش فنی)؛ مانعیت (استنباط نظام و کاربر از مفهوم ربط، فناوری های موجود در نظام)؛ اثربخشی (نیل به اهداف و تامین رضایت، رضایت از خدمات اطلاعاتی، دسترس پذیری به اطلاعات، کاربرد پذیری)؛ کیفیت اطلاعات/ کیفیت فرایند (جنبه های کیفیت اطلاعات، سطح تشخیص کاربر، زمان)؛  بافت جست و جوی هدفمند شامل: کاربرد پذیری(سرعت توسعه اطلاعات، نیاز کاربر، رضایت کاربر، کارایی، اجرای جستجو، روش های جست و جو، طراحی ارزیابی نظام ها و ابزارهای مورد نیاز، ارزیابی عملکرد)؛ کیفیت اطلاعات/ کیفیت فرایند (بازیابی مدارک مرتبط، زمان، دستیابی به اقلام مرتبط بازیابی، بازیابی حالات حسی- شناختی، رفع مشکلات تفسیری بازیابی داده، عدم پیچیدگی های)؛  بافت وظیفه کاری شامل: کیفیت اطلاعات و فرایند/ نتایج کار (دانش اظهاری اطلاعات و بازیابی، دانش رویه ای در دانش فراگیر، زمان کافی)؛  بافت فرهنگی و اجتماعی- سازمانی شامل: روابط اجتماعی- شناختی(استناد به محتوا، )؛ کیفیت نتیجه وظیفه کاری(نیت و هدف، شناخت نوع هدف، کیفیت شناخت دانشی) شناسایی شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: اطلاعات واقعی حاصل درک انسان از منابع داده ها طی فرایند تعامل، ارتباط و اطلاع می باشد از طرفی دیگر، رویکرد تعاملی به درک جامع رفتار اطلاعاتی انسان کمک می کند. همچنین چهارچوب های جدیدتر توسعه یافته توجه بیشتری را به گفتگوی تشکیل دهنده تعامل کاربر-  نظام اطلاعات اختصاص می دهند. بازیابی تعاملی اطلاعات چهارچوبی نظری را در درک ماهیت بازیابی اطلاعات فراهم کرده و با در نظر گرفتن ابعاد بافت ها در نظام اطلاعات و بازیابی، ماهیت تعامل اطلاعات تحلیل می شود.
