کاربرد هوش مصنوعی در اشاعه اطلاعات از دیدگاه کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی: با تأکید بر حریم خصوصی، کارایی و انعطاف‌پذیری

چکیده
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی دیدگاه کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی درباره نقش هوش مصنوعی در اشاعه اطلاعات انجام شد.
روش: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و با روش پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کتابداران شاغل در ۱۰ کتابخانه‌ی (دانشکده‌ای و مرکزی) دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد و دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد با حدود ۸۵ کتابدار بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعیین و نمونه‌گیری به روش تصادفی انجام شد که در نهایت ۵۹ کتابدار (۴۷ کتابدار از دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد و ۱۲ کتابدار از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد) به پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود که روایی آن با نظر خبرگان علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی تأیید و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ سنجیده شد. داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس پی اس اس تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد میزان استفاده کتابداران از هوش مصنوعی در فرایند اشاعه اطلاعات به‌طور معناداری پایین‌تر از حد متوسط بود؛ اما بهره‌گیری از آن برای بهبود مؤلفه‌هایی مانند حریم خصوصی، کارایی و انعطاف‌پذیری کمتر از حد متوسط گزارش شد. همچنین بین میزان استفاده از هوش مصنوعی و متغیرهایی مانند جنسیت، رشته تحصیلی، سطح تحصیلات و سن تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد با وجود استفاده نسبتاً مناسب از هوش مصنوعی در فرایند اشاعه اطلاعات، بهره‌گیری از آن در برخی مؤلفه‌ها همچون حریم خصوصی، کارایی و انعطاف‌پذیری هنوز محدود است. این وضعیت می‌تواند ناشی از عواملی مانند کمبود مهارت‌های تخصصی، نگرانی‌های امنیتی و ضعف زیرساخت‌های فناورانه باشد؛ ازاین‌رو تقویت آموزش‌های تخصصی، توسعه زیرساخت‌های فناوری و تدوین سیاست‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های روشن برای استفاده ایمن از هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند زمینه بهره‌گیری مؤثرتر از این فناوری را در خدمات اشاعه اطلاعات کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی فراهم کند.

Academic Librarians’ Views on the Role of Artificial Intelligence in Information Dissemination

چکیده English

Purpose: This study was undertaken to examine the perceptions of academic librarians concerning the role of artificial intelligence in the dissemination of information.
Method: This applied study was conducted using a survey method. The statistical population consisted of librarians working in 10 libraries (faculty and central libraries) of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, totaling 85 librarians. The sample size was determined using Cochran’s formula, and sampling was carried out randomly. In total, 59 librarians (47 from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and 12 from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences) responded to the questionnaire. The data collection instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by experts in Knowledge and Information Science, and its reliability was measured using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The data were analyzed using SPSS software.
Findings: The findings showed that librarians’ use of artificial intelligence in the information dissemination process was above average. However, the use of artificial intelligence to improve components such as privacy, efficiency, and flexibility in information dissemination was reported to be below average. In addition, no significant differences were found in the level of artificial intelligence use based on gender, field of study, educational level, or age.
Conclusion: The results indicate that although the use of artificial intelligence in the information dissemination process is relatively appropriate, its application in certain components such as privacy, efficiency, and flexibility remains limited. This situation may be due to factors such as lack of specialized skills, security concerns, and inadequate technological infrastructure. Therefore, strengthening specialized training, developing technological infrastructures, and formulating clear policies and guidelines for the safe use of artificial intelligence can facilitate more effective utilization of this technology in information dissemination services of academic libraries.
