One of the most important events in the field of information technology in the country is the National Conference of Information Technology Managers. This conference, which has been held for eight years, will focus on the achievements of the field of information technology in the form of articles, ideas and products. Undoubtedly, the most important competitive advantage of this conference compared to other similar conferences is the review of information technology products in the form of the Information Technology Award (FAB), which is awarded to top products in the field of information technology in three levels: gold, silver and bronze. To design the FAB Award evaluation framework, three main axes of scientific-technological, managerial-economic, and cultural-social are studied. First, IT products are classified, and then the importance of criteria and sub-criteria in all areas is determined, and finally the products are evaluated. Therefore, in this research, the intention is to classify information technology products in the first stage, and in the next stage, by designing the criteria and sub-criteria of each category and determining the importance of each of them, the FAB Award evaluation will be done.
