This study aims to design and elaborate a comprehensive model of unconscious branding within human–information interaction in the digital environment, with a specific focus on the silver industry. In this research, astrology is conceptualized not as a predictive or fortune-telling tool, but as a perceptual belief and a symbolic–cognitive system that contributes to meaning-making processes and unconscious information processing. From a methodological perspective, the study adopts a qualitative approach based on a systematic bibliometric literature review. Accordingly, relevant articles indexed in the Web of Science database and published between 2008 and 2025 were extracted and analyzed. To map the knowledge structure and identify dominant conceptual streams in the fields of human–information interaction and digital branding, keyword co-occurrence analysis was conducted using VOSviewer software. The results of the bibliometric analysis led to the identification of six conceptual clusters: (1) the theoretical and interpretive foundations of brand perception at the consumer’s unconscious level, (2) cognitive, behavioral, and emotional processes of consumers’ information behavior, (3) evaluation of advertising effectiveness from the perspective of attention and emotional mechanisms, (4) analysis of consumer decision-making at the neurocognitive level using data-driven approaches, (5) momentary neural responses and patterns of brain activity, and (6) the role of astrology within the framework of unconscious branding models.
